Winemaker's Dinner with Bodegas Moraza
On Tuesday, October 10th, we are delighted to host Patricio Brongo of Bodegas Moraza and David Foran of Cru Wine Merchants for a five-course winemaker's dinner, prepared by the Raphaël Peruvian Cuisine Team.
Bodegas Moraza is a six generation family owned winery in the Rioja Alta region of Spain. Under Janire Moraza, Patricio Brongo's partner, the land has been converted into an organic winery that uses traditional methods to showcase the richness of the terroir.
Chef Lizardo Becerra and our culinary team will pair Bodegas Moraza wines with a unique and innovative Peruvian tasting menu. Pacific seafood and ingredients from Peru are among the foods that will be served. We look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant during Hispanic Heritage Month.
